Every software company says it is the best. That is not useful to you. What is useful is knowing how a team works before you hand them your project. Here is how we work.
We plan before we build
The most expensive mistake in software is building the wrong thing well. So we do not start coding on day one. We start with a short discovery phase: we map your actual workflow, find the parts that hurt, and agree on what the first version has to do — and just as importantly, what it does not.
You leave that phase with a written scope, a fixed price for phase one, and a clear picture of what you are getting. If we think your idea should be smaller, or sequenced differently, we say so. Building without thinking is how projects quietly go over budget.
A senior team with global experience
Codrex is run by engineers who have shipped production software at scale — including work at companies like Odoo, Noon and Meta — and who now build for clients across the UAE, Europe and Syria. That background matters in unglamorous ways: we know how systems break at scale, how to keep a codebase maintainable, and how to hand over something another team could pick up.
Our portfolio is all live links and real App Store entries — 33 shipped products, 21 mobile apps, 100,000+ installs. You can check every claim.
We use AI to go faster — not to skip the thinking
AI has genuinely changed how fast we can implement. Boilerplate, tests, migrations, first drafts of a screen — work that used to take days takes hours. We pass that speed on to you as shorter timelines and lower cost.
What AI does not do is decide what to build. Requirements, architecture, data models, the trade-offs that determine whether a system is still good in two years — that is senior engineering judgement, and a person owns it on every project. AI is a power tool in expert hands, not a replacement for the expert.
Arabic-first, properly
If your audience speaks Arabic, that is not a translation task bolted on at the end. Right-to-left layout, Arabic typography, mixed Arabic/Latin text, printed invoices — we build for it from the start. See Mattaem and Via Luna.
You own everything
The code, the repositories, the hosting, the App Store and Google Play accounts — all registered to you. No lock-in, no proprietary platform, nothing you cannot move away from.
The honest pitch
We are a small, senior team that plans carefully, ships fast with modern tools, and hands you something you own and can maintain. If that is what you are looking for, tell us about your project — the first conversation is free.
